Click on a product(s), choose your quantity, then click "Add to Cart".
When you have all your products in your shopping cart, go to "Proceed to Checkout" and you will be redirected to the Checkout page.
Enter your credit code/coupon code or redeem Rewards Points!
On the Checkout Confirmation page, you will see your order number and instructions for sending an Interac E-transfer. Orders only ship after the E-transfer has been received. E-transfers must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number included in the notes sections.
Once you have confirmed your order details and shipping address, click "Submit Order".
Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
We ship by Xpresspost; Canada Post Monday - Friday. Tracking information will be emailed to you after your order has been sent. You will receive your order within 2-4 business days once it has been processed at Canada Post. Please note that once an order is in the hands of Canada Post we are unable to alter the speed at which they deliver or update your information. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
With Xpresspost we must use manual tracking numbers. Due to the nature of this industry, we occasionally run into shipping issues; these manual tracking numbers help prevent such issues from occurring. Unfortunately, they take longer to process than typical package tracking numbers. If you don’t see updated tracking information right away, or if the Canada Post website notifies you that the number is not in their system, please wait 24 hours to allow Canada Post to also enter the information manually on their end. You will receive your order within 2-4 business days once the order has been processed by Canada Post. Please allow an extra couple of business days if you live in a remote area.
