Don't be alarmed when checking your tracking number if it appears that your order is stuck at a CP facility, or that it’s not yet in their system. Canada Post takes approximately 24-48 hrs to update the tracking information on their end once they have received it from our production facility. The wait is because they must do this by hand. Scans/updates are not usually made over the weekends, because of this you may notice your tracking takes longer to become available if the order was shipped on a Friday. Most members are able to see information on the CP website after the 24-48 hr waiting period.
Although it's frustrating that it can take so long, usually once the information is updated our patients have the order delivered shortly afterwards as it was in transit the entire time.
