If you forgot to include or remove an item from your order before it was finalized you’ll need to place a new order, and contact us to cancel the previous one. Please email email@example.com with your order number and the reason you require your order to be cancelled.
We are able to cancel orders as long as they have not been shipped out. We advise you to email us directly with your order number as soon as possible so we can do our best to make sure it does not go out to Canada Post. Please note it may not always be possible for our team to intercept orders for cancellation once they have been moved into processing.
